About Us
At Santadour, we are a proprietorship undertaking manufacturing of plastic packaging components. We were established in the year 1980 under the proprietorship of Mr. Ajit Bhatkal with a factory in Mumbai, enabled with cutting edge injection molding and blow machinery to manufacture plastic goods. Right since inception we started manufacturing for companies like Bajaj Auto, Camlin, Pidilite, Elder Pharma, Zyg Pharma, Stifel India to name a few.
At present we are lead by our proprietor Deep Bhatkal and we are manufacturing a range of pharma bottles, bushes for chair, Dropper Bottles, containers, squeeze bottles, industrial plastic packaging boxes, ampule breakers ie breaker to break Pharmaceutical Vials, droppers, gift articles, FMCG plastic containers, industrial plastic boxes, Syringes, surgical instruments, and casings to name a few. - Brief description of Proprietor
Mr. Deep Bhatkal has done B.E (Ind & Prod Engg) from Manipal institute of technology.
He did his internship from M/s Forbes Campbell (an engineering industry) and further manufacturing and production training from his own sister concern namely Deep Industries(origin:1960) Goregaon (east).

Injection molding
Injection molding is a process by which molten plastic material is injected into a mold that gives out the plastic product in the desired shape. At Santadour, our production floor used high-end injection molding equipment’s to manufacture high quality plastic packaging products. We handpick international grade thermoplastics whose melted plastic is injected into moulds. These moulds are designed by our engineering/design/tooling team as required by you, our customers.
Blow molding
Blow molding is a widely used manufacturing process for producing large volumes of lightweight, durable plastic product. At Santadour. our process involves inflating a heated plastic tube until it takes the shape of a mold. The mold/dye is designed by our engineering design/tooling team. Our research team hand picks the appropriate thermoplastic for the best in industry quality product.
Sealing
At Santadour, we use induction sealing to seal bottles and tubes, with a non-contact method. This method utilizes electromagnetic induction to bond our thermoplastic material to the bottle's/tube's rim. Our clients' common requirement is to make their products tamper proof and our internally designed sealing process ensures that.

In the early years of 80’s M/s Santadour was engaged in manufacturing of plastic components in the field of (2-wheeler & 4-wheeler segment). As well as in other engineering company, manufacturing Packaging items for the same.
Our expertise was also in making accessories for the 2-wheeler which use to enhance the aesthetic looks of the 2-wheeler.
Slowly we further diversified to cosmetic and there after basically more in plastic components for the pharmaceutical industries.
Starting form supplying to Ranbaxy/Stiefel India Ltd, we further started supplying to other pharmaceutical companies
